Released in 1979, this classic 3.75-inch Boba Fett figure was one of Kenner’s earliest versions of the legendary bounty hunter. The character would later become famous for his appearances in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, but Kenner’s Boba Fett figure reached collectors before The Empire Strikes Back was released in 1980.

Boba Fett was initially promoted as a rocket-firing mail-away figure, but the production figure was changed before mass release so the rocket would not fire.
