1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

1.2 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Pre-orders, rare, or collectible items may take longer. Customers will be informed if delays occur.

1.3 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Major Cities 2–4 business days
Other Areas 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or operational issues.

1.4 Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or shared before order confirmation.

1.5 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected items and locations.
High-value or collectible items may require advance payment.

1.6 Failed or Refused Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the parcel, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and return charges.

2. Return & Refund Policy

2.1 Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Product is damaged during delivery

  • Product is defective on arrival

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Preloved toys

  • Collectible items

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Opened or used products

These items are sold as-is.

2.3 Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags, labels, and accessories

2.4 Refund Method

Once approved, refunds will be issued as:

  • Store credit

  • Bank transfer

  • Replacement (subject to availability)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Customer Agreement

3.1 Product Understanding

You acknowledge that:

  • Preloved and collectible items may show minor wear

  • Packaging may not be original

  • Items are inspected but not brand-new unless stated

3.2 Customer Information

Customers must provide correct:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Delivery details

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

3.3 Pricing & Availability

Prices and stock may change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Fraud

  • Stock unavailability

3.4 Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

3.5 Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
